WARRANTY INFORMATION
Manufacturer warrants products it manufactures to be free from defective material or factory workmanship and agrees to repair such equipment which under normal use or wear discloses the defect to be the fault of the manufacturer. Any defective part or assembly will be repaired or replaced at the factory for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Painted finishes are not covered by this warranty. Defective material must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to any of our products which have been improperly installed, repaired, or altered in any way, or subjected to any misuse. This warranty is valid only within the continental limits of the United States and Canada.
Manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in design without being obligated to make the same changes on other products covered by this warranty. Manufacturer will pay only for the portion of labor and parts to effect the repair of the defective unit. Other costs such as service for removing or reinstalling are the customers responsibility. Upon receiving parts which are found to be defective and covered by this warranty, Manufacturer agrees to effect the repair or replacement as quickly as possible and prepay transportation back to the purchaser. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. You may, however, have additional legal rights which vary from state to state.
DISCLAIMER FOR MANUFACTURER
No warranty of any kind, express or implied is made respecting the products sold. Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of said products. Some reasonable foreseeable impact may exceed the products capability to protect against injury. There are limitations to the severity of impact that the products sold herein can withstand and the products are not a substitute for safe and careful driving.
FRONT BUMPER AND GRILL GUARD/BRUSH GUARDS
Vehicles equipped with supplemental restraint systems (air bags) should not be modified or altered with any after market front bumper or grill guard. Such modification could alter the deployment of air bags in frontal collisions. Truck Bars are decorative accessories. They do not provide safety or roll over protection.
FIFTH WHEEL WARRANTY
FW14
Manufacturer warrants its 5th Wheel (FW14) to be free from defective material or factory workmanship and agrees to repair or replace such equipment which under normal use or wear discloses the defect to be the fault of the manufacturer. Any defective part or assembly will be repaired or replaced at the factory for a period of five (5) years. Finish is not included or covered by this warranty. Defective material must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase showing original purchase date from Moore Truck Accessories. Any modifications to the hitch voids all warranties. Wear and tear from normal usage is excepted. All returns must be authorized before returning for repair or replacing.
SIDE BAR WARRANTY
53000/54000 SERIES
53000 series chrome side bars are warranted for five years. The 54000 chrome stainless steel bars are warranted for five years with limited lifetime warranty on finish. Warranty includes defective material, workmanship, and finish. Any defective part or assembly will be repaired or replaced at the factory for the warranty period. Defective material, parts, or unit must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase showing original date of purchase. Any modification to original unit will void all warranties. Wear and tear from normal usage is excepted.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES
All powder coated truck accessories will be warranted for three (3) years (excluding hitch products) under the same conditions as the 53000 series side bars. Chrome round bed rails will be warranted for three (3) years. The same warranty conditions apply as the 53000 series side bars. All other Wildcat Flash accessories carry the full one (1) year warranty on chrome finishes and one (1) year on defective parts or workmanship. Same rules apply for repair or replacement.
SHIPMENTS
All shipments leave Manufacturer in good condition and with a correct piece count. The purchaser is liable for any product found to be defective after signing for freight "In Good Order". Verify the number of cartons and note any shortages or damage on the freight bill.
RETURN SHIPMENTS
All returns must be pre-approved and will be assigned a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be refused and the shipper will be liable for the return freight charges. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any credits may be dependent upon the condition of the merchandise. Before any freight is returned, call or e-mail us for freight line arrangements. Returns are not allowed on Gold, Black, Brushed Trim Products or custom pieces.
